Advocate Medical Centres (AMC) was established in November 2009 by Dr. Declan Green.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate family medical care to the local community. The reason Advocate was chosen as the name for the medical centre is to remind all employees and our community that our mission is to advocate for our patients as they navigate an increasingly complex, fragmented health care system.

Dr Declan Green MB BS (First Class Honours); FRACGP; MBA (Kellogg School of Management) is the director and principal of Advocate Medical Centres. He is a graduate of Monash University where he received First Class Honours for his MBBS in 1995 and obtained his FRACGP in 2009.
In addition to his medical qualifications, Declan has completed a 2 year full time Masters in Business Administration at the prestigious Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago majoring in finance, health care and entrepreneurial studies. The Kellogg school is considered one of the world's leading business schools and consistently ranked in the top 5 schools in the world in international business school rankings.
